When to use it
Use ~を問わず in written or formal spoken Japanese to state that some condition or category has no bearing on the outcome — typical of recruitment notices, product copy, contract terms, and reports. It attaches to nouns naming a variable (age, industry, weekday/weekend), not to a specific instance, so 経験を問わず works but ×田中さんを問わず does not. In casual speech ~に関係なく or ~でも is more natural.
