Formation

Verb: 売上が減った(げた)ばかりか、利益も失った → Not only did sales decline, but we also lost profit I-Adj: 高いばかりか、品質も悪い → Not only is it expensive, but the quality is also poor Noun: 課長ばかりか、部長も反対した → Not only the section chief, but even the department head opposed it
