regarding, concerning (formal)
When to use it
Use ~につきまして when you need the most formal register of ~について — in emails to clients, written notices, and spoken announcements at meetings or on the phone. It typically introduces a topic you are about to explain, apologize for, or ask about, and often appears as ~につきましては to mark contrast with other items. In casual speech or internal chat it sounds stiff and out of place.
