When to use it

When you want to state that a result or action happens/holds true no matter what the preceding condition is; ideal for business contexts where you're asserting that circumstances do not affect a conclusion or requirement.

Formation

Verb: 反対するかかわらず、プロジェクトは進行する → Regardless of objections, the project proceeds (hantai suru kaka wa razu) I-Adj: 高いかかわらず、売上は伸びていない → Despite being expensive, sales are not growing (takai kaka wa razu) Noun: 困難かかわらず、期限は守る → Regardless of difficulties, we keep the deadline (konnan kaka wa razu)
